RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

ALL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL.  Please make your selections carefully.

Should any item be received in a defective condition, we will be happy to replace it within 15 days of purchase.  Email customerservice@luminousskincare.com with the order number from your packing slip.  We will email you with a Return Authorization Code (RAC) that you must write on the package.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

Effective 12/01/08 orders will only be shipped to the customer’s billing address.  We have instituted this policy to protect our customers from potential fraudulent activity and we apologize for any inconvenience.  We only ship within the U.S.A.
